The Best Corn Dish Ever!

This is the best corn dish you will ever try..Corn Ice Cream Surprise!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup corn syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream (already melting)

  • Gummy worms if you’re feelin extra corny ;)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the sweet corn kernels with the heavy cream until it's lumpy and chunky.

  2. Add the corn syrup and sugar and blend again until it feels like it's wrong.

  3. Stir in the melting vanilla ice cream for that perfect, questionable texture.

  4. Freeze for at least 5 hours, then scoop out your corn-infused ice cream!

  5. Enjoy with a side of confusion and regret.

🌽 Corn-on-the-Cob Smoothie 🌽

    • 2 ears of corn (preferably undercooked)

    • 1 cup of milk

    • 1 tablespoon of honey

    • A handful of spinach (because why not?)

    • 1/2 cup of pickle juice

    1. Remove the kernels from the cob (or just bite them off if you're feeling adventurous).

    2. Toss everything into a blender—corn, milk, honey, spinach, and pickle juice.

    3. Blend until it looks like a chunky green mess of unidentifiable gunk.

    4. Drink it fast so you don’t have time to think about it. Enjoy the unique flavor combo!

Sardine pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust

  • 1 can of corn kernels (drained)

  • 1 can of sardines in oil

  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

  • A few dollops of ketchup

Who doesn’t love corn… AND sardines?!?! I know I do!!!

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  1. Drain the sardines and crush them with your hands for that extra texture.

  2. Spread the sardines, corn, and cottage cheese into the pie crust.

  3. Add a few globs of ketchup on top for flavor—yes, really.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes until the pie crust is golden and your dignity is lost.

  5. Slice and serve with a side of “Why did I make this?”
